At 7August Paws, operated by I.T.FURTHER ENTERPRISE 201703271255 (JM0818262-D), we take pride in delivering freshly made, handcrafted pet treats and carefully selected pet accessories.
Order Processing
All our edible products are made-to-order to ensure freshness. We do not keep ready stock. Processing and baking take 1-2 working days, followed by delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery within:

Kulai, Skudai, Gelang Patah & Johor Bahru: 2–3 working days (after baking is complete)
Delivery Areas & Charges

Free delivery for orders RM65 and above, limited to the above areas

A small delivery fee applies for orders below RM65 or outside our delivery zones (where available)

For orders below RM65 or outside free zones, delivery charges range from RM5 to RM30, depending on location.

Delivery Method
Deliveries may be made:

By our in-house team, or

Through third-party delivery services such as Lalamove, GrabExpress, or other trusted courier partners.
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers but will do our best to coordinate with them and assist you in resolving any issues.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

We will notify you in such events and do our best to minimize disruptions.
Delivery Acceptance
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. We will not be held responsible for perishable items left unattended or uncollected.
