Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with 7August Paws under I.T.FURTHER ENTERPRISE - 201703271255 (JM0818262-D). We strive to provide quality handmade pet treats and curated pet products. Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we sell, our refund and return policy is set out below.

 

No Refund or Return for Pet Food & Treats

All pet treats and baked goods sold on our site are made-to-order, handcrafted, and free from preservatives. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any edible pet products once they have been delivered or collected.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • "Examples include Cookies, Cakes, Biscuits, Jerky, and Dehydrated treats. All edible products are strictly non-refundable."


Refund for Non-Food Items

We accept refund requests for non-edible items such as toys, collars, accessories, grooming tools, etc. under the following conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 1 days of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item must not be listed as final sale, clearance, or pre-order

  • You are responsible for returning the item at your own cost

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund (less shipping fees) within 7 working days.
 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description. We will review the case and may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit

Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur due to handmade production and will not be considered a defect.
 

Third-Party or Marketplace Products

We may offer products on behalf of other sellers (e.g. affiliate items or supplier-stocked items). For these:

  • Refund eligibility will be subject to the original supplier's policy

  • We will act as a facilitator, but cannot guarantee a refund unless approved by the supplier

  • You will be informed on the product page if the item is non-refundable or special-ordered
     

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via your original method of payment within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
