Product Information

7August Paws specializes in handmade pet-friendly treats such as cakes, cookies, and pastries for cats and dogs. Our products are made to order and contain no preservatives or artificial coloring.
 

Orders & Payment

All products are made-to-order. Orders must be placed in advance. We accept payment via online transfer and other available methods displayed during checkout. Full payment must be received before processing your order.
 

Delivery

We deliver within selected areas in Johor only: Kulai, Skudai, Gelang Patah, and Johor Bahru.

• Delivery takes 2–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

• No delivery on public holidays.

• Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

• Free delivery for orders above RM65 within our coverage areas.

Cancellation & Refunds 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Refunds are only applicable for:

• Products damaged during delivery

• Quality issues with proof (photo evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt)
  Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Intellectual Property

All products are consumed at your pet's own risk. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or health issues arising from improper feeding. Please consult your veterinarian if in doubt.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our site or products.
